To request a change of address, please provide the following information via email to the correct email address

Please note that for terminated or retired employees, we will update Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s internal records only (Payroll).  It is your responsibility to notify other vendor(s) with your updated new address such as the HP Benefits Center, Fidelity, etc.

Verifications of Employment can be provided to lenders and others who need to confirm your employment with Hewlett Packard Enterprise. It will include dates of employment, job title, and salary (if authorized by you). (NOTE: This action is not available for Contingent Workers and Contractors.)

Please provide the requestor with:

  • The Work Number verification site (or phone # 1-800-367-5690)
  • HPE code: 17702
  • HP Co. code: 10102 (for employment data prior to August 1, 2015)
  • Your 9-digit Social Security Number
  • Salary key (optional - must be requested by the employee)

To obtain a salary key:

  • Visit The Work Number verification site
  • Select ‘employee’ option
  • Enter HPE employer code 17702 and Login (HP Co. code: 10102 – for salary data prior to August 1, 2015)
  • Select ‘I want to use other account features’
  • Enter your 9-digit Social Security Number in the User ID field
  • Enter your default PIN: last 4 numbers of your SSN and your birth year (example: 12341970)
  • Update personal information/security questions if prompted
  • Select the ‘Salary Key’ tab and then the ‘New Salary Key’ button – the salary key will appear in the table

The Work Number can provide employment and salary verification for individuals terminated after 1994 and forward.
